We analyze every fabric in-house for UPF and UVA/UVB ratings. Each one is tested 10 times, in at least 3 spots (more for stripes and multicolor patterns or prints), to verify true UPF 50+ protection. Our technical designers engineer Coolibar's tried-and-true UPF 50+ apparel and accessories through 2D/3D pattern drafting with fit, silhouette, comfort and movement in mind for specific outdoor activites. Our team of users and super-users test every new product in the real world to assure every detail performs as designed, feels great on your body and protects you from 98% of UVA/UVB rays from sunrise to sunset.
